CHECK-IN TIME 2:00 PM

CHECK-OUT TIME 12:00 PM

• All guests are advised to secure all their belongings at all times and always lock all the doors and windows when leaving the room. The resort shall not be held liable for any loss of belongings.

• We strictly follow the maximum capacity of guest per room. ONE EXTRA BED FOR ONE ROOM ONLY. Except for Homestay.

• Bringing in of any appliances like rice cookers, electric stoves, electric flat iron & the same is strictly not allowed. COOKING INSIDE THE ROOM IS PROHIBITED.

• STRICTLY NO LITTERING IN THE RESORT. Throw all the trash in the designated trash bins including cigarette butts.

• Illegal weapons & illegal drugs are prohibited inside the resort. NO WEAPONS NO DRUGS.

• Personal safety should be considered at all times. However, First Aid will be provided. 

• Guests must maintain peace and serenity within the resort at all times. Guests who disrupt peace within the premises may be asked by the management to leave the resort. PLEASE BEHAVE.

• For extension, please inform the office 2 hours ahead of time. Extension of overnight accommodations can only be entertained DEPENDING ON THEIR AVAILABILITY. 

• The management has the right to charge and do necessary actions, if needed. Damages and losses of items in the rooms belonging to the resort shall be charged to the guests occupying the room.     i) BROKEN KEY - RM 50.00    ii) LOST KEY - RM 100.00

• For inquiries and other concerns, the office is available for transaction from 8am to 6pm & 8pm to 10pm.
